Any of you got memories of some of the classic sweeties of yesteryear? |

| Remember spangles... Still ask for marathons at the shops as well It was the nippy gob stoppers that were red and then a white cooling bit that I remember... ate a load of them but can't remember the name now. |

| A little market stall in Halesowen has just opened and all they sell is sweets from jars and all the old favourites are there, cola cubes, pineapple chunks, strawberries and custard, midget gems, wine gums, chocolate covered peanuts and raisens and much much more!

| Yeah had a shop just down from Love Street err guys kicking a ball around park that my Dad took me to as a kid to try and put me off football that sold all the sweets in jars. Sweet peanuts... hmmmmm |

| Curley wurleys when they were a good 12" long :) Also the long plastic tubes that were filled with sherbet. Dippers... where you had a lolly and two flavours of sherbet dips, the lolly never lasted long enough to finish all the sherbet |

| Don't remember those hunny! Sherbet filled flying saucers, I still love them! You stick them to the roof of your mouth then when you close your mouth you press them with your tongue and they dissolve! Bazooka Joe bubblegum?
